Hiking- We have some amazing hiking trails in this area, the most notable being Neahkahnie Mountain. You can find an extensive list of nearby trails here.

Kayaking- Our particular location offers both river and bay kayaking. Download a detailed map of local water trails here.

Pampering- Do your vacation right- get a massage or spa treatment (or both!). Services are available nearby at Spa Manzanita.

Dining- We are fortunate have one of the best restaurants on the Coast just across the street. While you are here, be sure to visit Rising Star Cafe. It is a hot spot, and reservations are highly recommended.

Fishing/Crabbing/Clamming- Available almost year-round, be sure to check out the Oregon Department of Fish & Wildlife to ensure you have everything you need.

Surfing- Just up the road in Oswald West State Park you will find Short Sands Beach, perfect for surfing!  Check the tide conditions here.

Cycling- We’re located right on the Oregon Coast Bike Route, and often give respite to those traveling on two wheels. Rent beach cruisers in Cannon Beach at Mike’s Bike Shop.

Bird Watching- Oregon is home to nearly 500 species of birds. The North Coast Birding Guide will help you identify them.

Antiquing- Our fair town is home to two extensive antique stores, guaranteed to provide many hours of treasure hunting. Be sure to visit  Old Wheeler Antiques.

Quilting & History- The Tillamook Country Quilt Trail identifies historic barns and buildings with painted quilt blocks, celebrating our rural heritage. The Trail map can be found here.
